PRODUCTION TIMES

Pure silver (999) pieces take 3 to 5 business days to create, after which they will be shipped.

If you would like to know the exact shipping date, please do not hesitate to contact me.

HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Usually, order processing times are a maximum of 2 working days (therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from receipt of payment.

In the case of the creation of a personalized jewel, processing times are longer and can reach a maximum of 7 working days.

CAN I REQUEST PERSONALIZED JEWELRY?

SHIPPING TIMES

When the package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code. The courier will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipments to Switzerland are FREE for orders over CHF 100.

In case of loss or tampering with the package, it will be necessary to open a case directly with the courier. However, I will be available to provide you with all possible assistance.

- PostPac Economy shipping method, parcels are usually delivered throughout Switzerland within 2 working days, Monday to Friday. PostPac Economy items posted on Saturday are delivered the following Wednesday.

- PostPac Priority, parcels arrive at their destination the following working day.

Delivery from Monday to Friday, possibility of delivery on Saturdays

For international shipments, delivery times and rates vary depending on the country (details will be visible at check-out).

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs amount to CHF 7.- (PostPac Economy + tracking) and CHF 9.- (Postpac Priority + tracking)

For orders over 100 CHF shipping is free.

These amounts may vary if the destination is in particularly disadvantaged areas, difficult to reach, or outside Italian territory.

IS THE JEWELRY SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGIES?

Blume Jewelry is made of 925 silver and gold-plated 925 silver, which itself does not contain nickel. For this reason, they can be considered hypoallergenic jewelry, as allergies to silver and gold are very rare. However, some jewels may contain traces of nickel, in quantities which, although extremely small and well below the threshold set by European regulations, could cause reactions in people who are particularly hypersensitive to the material.

CAN I USE THE JEWELRY UNDER WATER?

As far as silver is concerned there is no problem! Except for jewels containing mother-of-pearl, all the others can be immersed in water (be careful though, silver oxidizes in thermal water, but we will deal with this topic in a few questions).

I, Desy, use my jewelry without ever taking them off and they are intact.

HOW DOES THE GIFT VOUCHER WORK?

The Gift Voucher is in digital format.

The gift voucher code will arrive at the email entered when placing the order.

You can decide whether to have it delivered directly to the recipient, or whether to enter your personal email and forward it or print it whenever you prefer!

 

The Gift Voucher has a duration of one year, can be added to other gift vouchers and/or discount codes and can be used in multiple orders until the total amount is reached.
